– 3 days and 2 nights at a beautiful, peaceful retreat location (Option to add a third night for a fee)

– Nourishing, delicious meals and snacks each day. All meals are included during the retreat program. We will do our best to accommodate some dietary restrictions, such as vegetarian or gluten free.
